We hopen dat je blij bent met je aankoop, maar als je om welke reden dan ook niet volledig tevreden bent, accepteren we graag retourzendingen. Stuur de artikelen eenvoudig ongedragen terug naar ons, met alle originele labels intact, binnen 14 dagen na levering.
Je kunt nu je artikelen probleemloos retourneren via ons online Retourportaal door hier te klikken.
Om je retour te starten, heb je je ordernummer en postcode of e-mailadres nodig. We zijn blij om gratis retourzendingen via ons portaal aan te bieden. Met ons vooraf betaalde retourlabel profiteer je van een volledig traceerbare service terug naar ons magazijn, zonder extra kosten voor jou.
We streven ernaar om retourzendingen binnen 10 werkdagen na ontvangst in ons magazijn te verwerken.

Once we receive your parcel, it can take up to 10 business days for your return to be processed.
Please allow 2 business days for the funds to appear in your account after you receive your refund confirmation email. All refunds will be processed back to the original payment.

Purchasing Your Own Shipping Label:
Please contact us first for the return adress.
Include your order number, full name, and the item(s) you are returning on a piece of paper inside your parcel. Without a returns slip, we cannot process your return.
Return Eligibility
If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return the item(s) unworn, with all original labels intact, within 14 days of delivery.
Please note that if an item is damaged, stained, or has any smell, it cannot be returned. We will inspect all returns, and if necessary, we will contact you before making a final decision.
In the interest of hygiene, Hijab Caps and Face Masks are strictly non-returnable.
