Returns Process
Once we receive your parcel, it can take up to 10 working days for your return to be processed. Please allow 2 working days for the funds to appear in your account after you receive your refund confirmation email. All refunds will be processed back to the original payment method unless you request a credit note.

Purchasing Your Own Shipping Label
While you can purchase your own shipping label, it is not recommended since we provide free returns. We strongly encourage you to use a signed-for or tracked return method, as we do not accept responsibility for any lost returns. Please include your order number, full name, and the item(s) you are returning on a piece of paper inside your parcel. Without a returns slip, we cannot process your return.
Return Eligibility
If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return the item(s) unworn, with all original labels intact, within 14 days of delivery.
Please note that if an item is damaged, stained, or has any smell, it cannot be returned. We will inspect all returns, and if necessary, we will contact you before making a final decision.
In the interest of hygiene, Hijab Caps and Face Masks are strictly non-returnable.
Our products are made to the highest quality standards. If you receive a faulty item or if the size is incorrect, please contact our customer care team for resolution before submitting a return request through our online portal.
